I was looking at the jeans and realised that there's no clothing guide to say which size fits which! or at least i couldnt find it. it would be great if it would say the thigh size/calf size etc for each individual size so that its easier to shop online at new look like i often do!
Hi NL, I'd love to see some mid-length denim shorts on here. All the denim shorts you have are super short, and for larger women like myself who don't want to expose all of my thigh, there isn't a choice for denim shorts. Thanks.
Hi. While your website are better than some, I find it very annoying and frustrating that you use white mannequins on a lot of your clothes instead of women that have "normal" figures.
1) because you can't gauge how a piece of clothing actually looks on something that is lets face it "shapeless"
2) when a piece of clothing is white, you just can't see it properly "or" the material
Soooooo frustrating as I love shopping at New Look in store but not so much online.
We are actually looking into rolling out model shots to replace the mannequins to give a more accurate feel of how the piece of clothing will sit and will fit on the body. So hopefully you will be able to see an improvement in the not too distant future.
Where can I find the grey jumper from the picture? Many tanks.
Is this the one you're looking for? http://bit.ly/18flNrR
I always love newlook dresses but whenever i buy them they are SO SHORT. I wish you'd put the length online or stock some nicer dresses in the tall range, not everyone can wear dresses designed for 5ft "2 :/
Thanks for your feedback, this is actually something we are looking to roll out in the near future. So in the product description you'll get lengths and measurements to help you shop for that perfect dress!
You need to stock some more size 18 32 inch supersoft skinny jeans. I really like them and they fit well, especially the burgandy however they aren't in stock
Have a look at our range http://bit.ly/14pvnHp of size 18, 32in. We've got a good variety of colours and shapes so keep your eyes peeled for new in!
I agree with Amy, I wear a size 8 but I can't get into skinny jeans either.
I'm a size 8 or 10 but I can't get in skinny jeans either. It's like putting on tights, and if I can get them up my calves they're enormous around the waist. But I'm sick of bootleg. I want to wear knee high boots over my jeans this autumn. I'd like some different colours, and I'd like some low slung and some high-waisted. Seriously, I think you have to be fourteen to get in skinny jeans. You do maternity wear, so I assume tweenie boppers are not your target market, yet you have 3 types of skinny jeans and not much else. What about those of us who bought your maternity wear and have now had our babies?
Skinny jeans aren't for everyone! Have you tried our straight leg jeans? We've got two great styles; http://bit.ly/1cjEZFB and http://bit.ly/1bv9Npp They might be better suited. Or perhaps try our newest range of Mom jeans which are slightly more relaxed fit with a higher waist http://bit.ly/1aQddjA
Hope that helps!
I don't think 3 types of skinny jeans, jeggings (just skinny jeans minus a zip) and bootcut amounts to a "range" of any description. Your only style of bootcut jeans under £20 are terrible quality, uncomfortable scratchy cheap material, yet you have 130 variations of skinnys/jeggings in the same price bracket, and nothing else.
Is it so much to ask for a decent selection of straight/bootcut/relaxed fit jeans? A few years ago you used to have one of the best selections of basic everyday jeans, 5 visibly different styles all available in different colours, then you had the fashion and budget ones on top of that. I think you need to listen to what your customers want, rather than just imitating whatever garb these glossy mag "celebrities" are parading around in and assuming everyone will happily wear it.
Thank you for your honest feedback; we've actually expanded our selection with our latest style, the Mom jean, which is aimed at customers who wear a slightly looser leg with a high rise fit. I know the denim team are looking into supporting the straight leg style with more options in the near future, so keep an eye out for those!
Hi, when are you going to get more skinny, maternity jeans 28inch leg length on your website for size 8. You've only got size 10 and above. Thanks
We're expecting some more skinny maternity jeans in more leg lengths at the end of December, so look out for those!
Where can I find the grey sandals from the picture? :)
On the video of the NL HQ girls in their jeans, I love the slim fit authentic ones, but I can't seem to find them, where are they? X
You can find these jeans here;
They are gorgeous! :)
Do you have straight leg jeans in a 34" leg? I can't find any on the website. I really don't want skinny!
Unfortunately we only sell a 32" at the moment as there are no new straight leg styles in just yet, however, the team is looking at growing this shape in the future.
Are there going to be any more of the nice boyfriend (not destroyed or washed out) for the fall/winter - those are so comfy, soft and low waist but not glued to us!
Expect some new boyfriend styles in December! Perfect for the festive period!
Totally agree with Margaret, everything but what I want!
Where are there straight range gone (no choice of 'straight').
You have also changed the design of the Shaper jeans which were the only ones suitable for me and given them a HUGE bootleg, more like a flare.
I agree with Margaret. You have stopped selling high waisted straight jeans. Skinny are not for everyone!
Hi Andrea and Margaret,
Sorry to hear that! We do sell a straight leg jean which is a more classic shape: http://bit.ly/1cjEZFB - but it's with a mid-rise waist. We appreciate skinny isn't for everyone!
Where are the flares??? They're the only cut that suits my shape.
Try their supposedly 'bootleg' Jessica - they are more like flares.
We have a small selection of flares: http://bit.ly/17o84N1 however if you want a similar softer shape, our bootcut creates a figure flattering silhouette, too: http://bit.ly/16SVwOS
You have everything except what I want in jeans at the moment - high waist, STRAIGHT leg!
