As you’re probably aware, last weekend saw the biggest designers, tastemakers and influencers in menswear arrive in London. London Fashion Week Men’s kicked off on Friday and came to a close on Sunday with the biggest party of the weekend – New Look Men’s event in collaboration with Rollacoaster and fashion’s most renowned party hosts – BoomBox.
2017 marks the 10th Anniversary of BoomBox, a milestone we wanted to celebrate in the only way possible – with a star-studded party. Held at the original location of the BoomBox parties, Hoxton Bar and Kitchen, synonymous with eclectic music and a party vibe. Attended by fashion powerhouses including Henry Holland, Bobby Abley, Caroline Rush and Louie Banks, the party included three different rooms with free drinks provided by Jack Daniels and soundtrack delivered by Henry Holland.
Don’t just take our word for it though, iD were in attendance and this is what they had to say:
"Everyone was there, all those stories are true if you're wondering! The crowd, like the music was a real mix of pop, art and fashion culture. It was all encompassing, a safe haven to explore, reimagine yourself and dance - no holds barred."
In true celebration of the fashion world, the party also hosted figures from all corners of the industry from the high end designers to influential bloggers, photographers and models. This eclectic crowd saw the likes of Olympian Tom Daley, Arsenal footballer Hector Bellerin and musician Connor Maynard in attendance, among many other familiar faces in the styling, fashion and music worlds.
Still not convinced? Wonderland sum it up pretty perfectly:
"The main bar & kitchen areas enabled attendees to relax and sip on Smirnoff and Warsteiner while discussing this season’s hottest shows… The event space was a little more electrifying… party-goers grooved to a plethora of bouncy beats provided by designers and photographers."
It’s been a season to remember already for New Look Men with our first official billing on the LFWM schedule, keep your eyes peeled for what’s next from us at London’s biggest menswear show.
